Spouse Access:
Spouses/Qualified Domestic Partners of full-time SF employees can use the Fitness Center for free.
- You will have to fill out an information, waiver, and release form and have Human Resources sign off on it before you can have access to the Fitness Center.
- You will be required to have a valid spouse/qualified domestic partner SF ID card which can be purchased in S-147 for a $5.00 fee due and payable at the time the card is requested.
