Bio

Bio: 

Rikelle joined the Santa Fe Athletic Department in April 2025 as an intern. She is a senior at the University of Florida majoring in Sport Management and has a strong interest in game day operations. Prior to her time at Santa Fe, Rikelle was actively involved in the Gator Sport Management Organization, where she participated in meetings, networked with industry professionals, and visited various sports organizations throughout the semester. 

Rikelle also brings hands-on experience from working with the Santa Fe Women’s Basketball team and has been deeply involved in her community’s athletic complex, coaching and mentoring young athletes in basketball. She played one year of collegiate basketball at Warner University and recently worked with the Gator Hospitality team for the University of Florida’s baseball program. Rikelle plans to use her leadership, organizational, and time management skills to contribute meaningfully to the Santa Fe Athletic Department in any way she can.

Coaching, game day operations, athletic administration. 

Career Aspirations:  

Rikelle has a strong interest in basketball and is considering opportunities in areas such as player performance, athletic administration, and sales. While she hasn’t committed to a specific direction yet, Rikelle is eager to gain hands-on experience, learn from professionals in the field, and discover where her skills and passions align best. Her ultimate goal is to find a role where she can make a meaningful impact and continue growing both personally and professionally.
