The Saints trailed by just four points at the halftime break 30-26 but struggled to stop Gordon State in the second half, surrendering 47 points.  The loss is the first of the season for the Saints and drops them to 3-1.

Gainesville, FL – Sophomores D-Juan Taylor-Hodge and Sean Flood paced the Santa Fe Saints on Saturday against Atlanta Metro College, leading SF (4-1) to a big 76-66 win, a day after a close loss to tournament hosts Gordon State College.  Taylor-Hodge had a game high 20 points and Flood scored 16 for a short handed Saints team missing three key rotational players.

Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints men’s basketball team has finished their preparations for the start of the season and will tip off against Impact Academy on Wednesday, November 1 at 7:00 p.m. “Our guys are excited to get out there and play against someone else,” said SF Coach Chris Mowry.  “They’ve been battling in practice and working hard to get ready for opening day.”
