After much fight, the Saints ran out of time in their comeback and eventually lost to the FSC-J Blue Wave 78-72 on Saturday, February 9.

Down 37-27 at the half, the Saints rallied to within 2-4 points of the Blue Wave but just couldn't take the lead.

Saints Head Coach Chris Mowry said, "FSC-J played a great game and shot the three at a very high percentage.  We struggled to get into a rhythm on the offensive end, especially in the first half."  

Brady Fernandes led the team with 18 points, scoring 10 in the first half.  Ivan Smith contributed 15 points with a great second half. 

The Saints (14-13, 2-7 MFC) return home on Wednesday, February 13 against Daytona State College at 8:00 p.m.
