GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Morgan Lebeda of Santa Fe College Softball has made a commitment to attend Rollins College to compete with the Tars. 

Lebeda, a native of DeBary, Fla. who attended Deltona High School, is in the midst of her third season with the Saints. She has been utilized as a pitcher, infielder, and outfielder in her time with the Saints, and is the first Saint to commit to a four-year school so far in 2022. 

In 2022, she has appeared in 21 games, totaling nine hits, eight runs scored, seven RBI, and three home runs for the Saints' cause.  

Rollins College Softball is coached by Christine Roser-LeFevers who is in her first season at the helm of the program, returning to the Tars after a standout playing career from 2008-2011. So far in 2022, the Tars have posted a record of 13-4. 

Lebeda and the Saints will next take the field at home on Thursday, Mar. 17 in the Mid-Florida Conference opener against the College of Central Florida. Game 1 will begin at 2:00 p.m.
