McKenzie Jewell has officially signed to continue her softball career at Francis Marion University
Gainesville, FL
Sophomore McKenzie Jewell has officially committed to continue her softball career at Francis Marion University. The Coral Springs, FL native brings elite two-way talent as both an outfielder and pitcher to the Patriots' roster.
Jewell made a major impact at Santa Fe in 2025, appearing in 60 games with a .319 batting average while adding 17 home runs. Her breakout season earned her spots on the FCSAA All-Tournament Team, All-FCSAA Second Team, All-Citrus Conference First Team, and the FCSAA All-Academic Team.
Before Santa Fe, Jewell attended Eastern Florida and was a standout at Pompano Beach High School, where she earned First Team All-Broward County, All-Sun Sentinel, and All-Miami Herald honors three years in a row (2021–2023).
Francis Marion adds a talented player in Jewell as they look to build on recent success in NCAA Division II softball.
