Saints Climb One Spot in DI Rankings
Santa Fe reaches #7 in this week's NJCAA Softball DI Rankings

Santa Fe Softball has reached #7 in this week's NJCAA DI Softball Rankings in Monday's release from the national office. This week marks the Saints highest ever ranking since 2008 when they entered the NJCAA Division I Fastpitch National Championship as the #1 seed and finished the season as national runner ups.
Santa Fe is coming off a 2-1 week with wins over #21 Daytona State College (now ranked #20) and #5 Indian River State College (now ranked #6). The Saints stand at 18-3 with doubleheaders vs Central Florida on March 10th in Gainesville and #16 Miami Dade College on Saturday, March 14th in Miami.
The Saints are 21st in the country with a 2.35 team ERA and hold a 1.27 ERA in conference play. They have outscored opponents 163-74 this season and have limited opponents to scoring 0 or 1 run five times. Santa Fe has been ranked in 19 the last 24 NJCAA Softball Division I Rankings.
