Bio

Wes Phillips joined Santa Fe Women's Basketball in the Fall of 2025 wher the 2025-26 season will be his first as an assistant.

Phillips brings over 17 years of professional training experience and 9 years of coaching experience to the Saints. Most recently, Phillips was the Head Coach of The Rock School Varsity Girls Basketball, a position he held for 6 seasons. He is also the founder and owner of Wes Phillips Development (WPD), a comprehensive basketball training program tailored to each individual athlete's needs. Before The Rock, Phillips was a coach for Point Guard College (PGC), an international summer basketball program that works with players from beginners to semi-professionals.
