Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints turned in a good season on the courts and diamonds, including an FCSAA baseball championship, but outdid themselves in the classroom, placing 41 on all-academic teams, including 13 All-Americans. All five sports had at least one All-American.
Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints fell in the first round of the FCSAA State Tournament to MFC rivals the College of Central Florida 3-1, despite battling through four tough games. The Patriots took the first game 25-17 but from there each game was 25-23. CF taking game two, the Saints game three, and Central Florida closed it out in the fourth game.

Gainesville, FL – In their final tune up before the FCSAA State Tournament on November 6-8 in Gulf Breeze, the Santa Fe Saints made quick work of defending FCSAA Champions Miami Dade College, defeating the Sharks in straight sets 25-21, 25-20, 25-17 in Daytona.
Gainesville, FL – In their first of two FCSAA State Tournament tune up matches, the Saints (20-6, 7-3 MFC) made quick work of Webber International University on Wednesday evening in Babson Park, defeating the Warriors 25-14, 25-11, 26-16.
Gainesville, FL – The Central Florida Patriots overcame a 24-21 deficit in the first set against Santa Fe on Thursday evening, and used that momentum to defeat the Saints in four sets, claiming the outright Mid-Florida Conference title in the process.
Gainesville, FL – The FCSAA #3/NJCAA #8 Santa Fe Saints (19-5, 7-2 MFC) have one big step left in front of them if they want to repeat as Mid-Florida Conference champions, and that test comes in the form of rivals the College of Central Florida (20-11, 8-1 MFC). The Patriots and Saints shared the MFC title in 2014, and can again should SF pull out a win on Thursday. A win could result in a three way tie for first should Daytona State win their match. All three teams have already qualified for the FCSAA State Tournament November 6-8 in Pensacola.
Gainesville, FL – The FCSAA #3/NJCAA #8 Santa Fe Saints moved one step closer to a possible Mid-Florida Conference championship on Tuesday evening, defeating Lake Sumter State College in straight sets. The Saints made quick work of the Lakehawks, winning 25-9, 25-16, 25-13. The win was the second this season for Santa Fe over LSSC.
Gainesville, FL – The FCSAA #2/NJCAA #10 Santa Fe Saints (18-4, 6-1 MFC)made quick work of Florida State College-Jacksonville on the road Tuesday evening, sweeping the Blue Wave 25-18, 25-8, 25-8. After a competitive first set, the Saints pushed around FSC-J to the tune of back to back 25-8 wins. The victory guarantees the Saints a spot in the FCSAA State Tournament, taking place in Pensacola, FL on Nov. 5-7, should Daytona State beat St. John’s River tonight.
Gainesville, FL – The FCSAA #3/NJCAA #10 Santa Fe Saints (16-3, 4-1 MFC) have a busy next couple days at home, battling MFC rivals St. John’s River State College on Thursday, October 8 at 6:00 PM, and then welcome the #1 team in the FSCAA, Polk State on Friday, October 9 at 3:00 PM.

Gainesville, FL – Kaylin Powell and the FCSAA #1/NJCAA #5 Santa Fe Saints bounced back from their defeat on Tuesday in a big way, taking their match against Lake Sumter State College in straight sets on Thursday night in Gainesville. Powell finished the match with 10 kills and a team high four blocks.
